By getting to know you, we will be able to advise you on the wedding venue, hotel and team of vendors that would the best suited to your ideas and priorities. We will guide you hand in hand with the aim to make you to feel at ease through this process and ensure that you enjoy each of the moments of your Big Day. 

Our desire is to journey with you step by step to create your special day. These are the phases we will follow to accomplish this:

PHASE 1 – CONNECTING

We will set up a video/voice call consultation with you to learn about your ideas and wishes and what kind of experience you would like you and your guests to have on this special occasion. This conversation is the start of our journey together.

PHASE 2 – THE ADVENTURE BEGINS

After your first consultation, getting to know you and understanding your wishes we will begin searching, recommending and booking potential wedding/event venues as well as hotel accommodation for you and your guests. If you are able to travel to Baja, we will program site visits to look into all these options, but incase you are not, we will provide detailed information on each and discuss the options with you at every stage.

PHASE 3 – GETTING THE IDEAL TEAM TOGETHER 

Once the venues have been agreed, we will recommend options of vendors that match your wishes and plans, always proposing the best deal possible to ensure the success of each of your events. We will assemble a team that works together to turn your wishes into reality.

PHASE 4 – GETTING CREATIVE

At this stage, we bring together everything we have learnt about you and translate it into the design of your event. In close consultation with you, we combine those all-important design ingredients – from décor and colors to customs and vows – to create a unique and unforgettable experience.

PHASE 5 – THE FINAL TOUCHES

Good planning is paramount to us. We pride ourselves on attention to detail to ensure that your experience is smooth and stress-free. At this stage we finalize the detailed event timeline, vendors’ schedules, layout and floor plans in accordance with your wishes.

PHASE 6 – RUNNING THE SHOW

This is when the magic happens. Our Memories Team will be present throughout your event to coordinate each of the vendors and attend all details to create an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.
